Scholarships in Action
Jess Schrag earned our top merit award, the Chancellor Scholarship, but still couldn’t afford to attend DU on her own. When generous gifts made further financial aid possible, she enrolled at DU — and has since become a student ambassador guiding tours for prospective students, studied abroad while pursuing a degree in international studies, is pursuing her master’s in international development and hopes one day to work in sub-Saharan Africa.
